Our 1 Day "Level 3 in Emergency First Aid at Work" course is a tailored program that equips learners with the essential skills to handle a wide range of medical emergencies that can occur in and out of the workplace. This course is specifically designed to meet requirements set out by the HSE and industry standards for workplace safety.

Course Highlights:


• Assessment of an Incident
Learn fundamental first aid principles, including scene assessment, prioritizing care, and the importance of early intervention.

• CPR and Safe Use of an AED
Gain hands-on experience in providing CPR to adults and children, including the use of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs).

• Unresponsive Casualty Care
Discover how to place an unresponsive casualty into the recovery position and provide essential ongoing care.

• Allergic Reactions and Anaphylaxis
Explore how to recognize and manage anaphylaxis, and gain hands on experience in using an Auto-Adrenaline Injector.

• Medical Emergencies
Understand how to respond to common workplace medical emergencies such as heart attacks, strokes, and seizures.

• Minor injuries and Bleeding Control
Practice techniques for controlling bleeding, dressing wounds, and preventing infection.

• Choking
Learn how to recognize and respond to choking incidents in a quick and efficient manner, potentially saving a life within seconds.

Course Duration

The Training runs over 6 Hours

Certification

Learners completing the course will receive a regulated and nationally recognised Level 3 in Emergency First Aid at Work certificate, upon completion
